These terms govern your use of PromptDaily. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
1. What the service is
PromptDaily collects prompts that have been published openly on platforms such as GitHub, Reddit and X, translates them, evaluates how well they perform, and republishes a selection with attribution. Access is free and no account is required.
2. Attribution and third-party rights
We do not claim authorship of the prompts. Where a source is known, it is linked on the prompt page. Each prompt remains subject to the rights and licence of its original author. Our own contributions — translations, scoring, editorial notes, site design and code — belong to EasyWorksLab.
If you are the author of a prompt and want it removed or credited differently, email us and we will act on it promptly.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the prompts freely, including commercially, subject to the original licence. You may not:
- scrape the site at a rate that degrades it, or circumvent rate limits;
- republish the site as a whole, or present our translations and scores as your own;
- use the service to generate unlawful content, harass others, or infringe anyone’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
4. No warranty
The service is provided “as is”. Prompt output depends on the model, its version and your inputs, so we cannot promise any particular result. Effectiveness scores are our own assessment, not a guarantee. Verify anything important before relying on it, particularly in professional, medical, legal or financial contexts.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, EasyWorksLab is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, profit or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
6. Availability and changes
This is a free service and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms by updating the date on this page.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence are unaffected.
