Privacy Policy
Ce document est tenu à jour en anglais et en coréen. Les autres versions sont fournies à titre indicatif ; en cas de divergence, le texte anglais prévaut.
PromptDaily is operated by EasyWorksLab. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Data we collect
We keep the amount of personal data we hold deliberately small.
- Server logs: your IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp, recorded automatically to operate the service and detect abuse.
- Local storage in your browser: your theme choice, selected language and saved prompts. This never leaves your device except as a language cookie used to route you to the right page.
- Copy counter: a one-way hash of a short-lived session identifier, kept so that copying the same prompt twice is not counted twice. It contains no personal data and cannot be traced back to you.
2. What we do not collect
We do not collect email addresses. There is no newsletter, no mailing list and no account. We do not collect your name, address, phone number, date of birth or payment details. We do not run third-party advertising networks, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Server logs and the copy counter are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in keeping the service available and secure and in understanding which prompts are useful. We do not rely on consent because we do not collect personal data that would require it.
4. Retention
Server logs are retained for 90 days and then deleted. Copy counts are kept indefinitely in aggregate form, which contains no identifiers.
5. Sharing and processors
We use a database and hosting provider that processes data on our behalf, strictly under contract. We do not disclose personal data to anyone else unless we are legally required to.
6. International transfers
Our infrastructure may process data outside your country of residence. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to withdraw consent, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
- To exercise any right, email privacy@easyworkslab.com. We respond within 30 days.
8. Children
The service is not directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
9. Security
Traffic is encrypted with TLS. Database access is restricted to the operator, rate limiting is applied to public endpoints, and input is validated on the server. No system is perfectly secure, so we also keep the amount of data we hold to a minimum.
10. Changes and contact
If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Questions: privacy@easyworkslab.com.
